RSK Group, a large environmental science and engineering consultancy, approached BCN Group after experiencing business interruptions and high maintenance from an on-premise Microsoft Exchange server. Their challenge was to resolve these immediate issues and create an IT infrastructure that could support their highly acquisitive and fast-growing business.

BCN Group advised a move to Microsoft Office 365 and designed a hybrid configuration to migrate RSK's users and data. The solution provided a robust and flexible environment, enabling RSK to easily add licenses for each new acquisition. As a result, BCN Group successfully migrated 4,000 users and later moved business-critical applications to Azure, supporting the management of over 10,000 projects and facilitating the company's continued growth.
