The approach led to strong departmental accountability and traveler education, helping Pitney Bowes cut $2.7 million from total travel program spend in a single year, including $750,000 in unused ticket savings, $400,000 through the International Rate Desk, and $275,000 from 14-day advanced air purchase savings.
