BCD Meetings & Events was engaged by Foodbuy to produce its 2020 Supplier Conference, an event that had grown in size and complexity. The challenge was to deliver an end-to-end experience that included delegate management, full production and logistics support, venue branding, and the launch of Foodbuy's new corporate identity.

BCD Meetings & Events designed and delivered a one-day event at ExCeL London for 500 attendees, which included a main plenary, breakout sessions, and a gala dinner. Their solution encompassed delegate registration, a digital communications plan, content creation, and full production support. As a result, 93% of attendees rated the overall event as excellent, and 98.9% expressed interest in attending the next conference.
