Doctors of BC, a provincial association for physicians, needed to encourage participation in its Facility Engagement activities but was hindered by a paper-based claim submission system that lacked visibility. They partnered with Bayleaf Software to develop a simplified mobile application integrated with their existing Facility Engagement Management System (FEMS) web service.

Bayleaf developed an easy-to-use mobile app for iOS and Android that allows doctors to quickly submit time and expense claims and track their status. The solution integrated with VersaPay for electronic payments and with Sage and QuickBooks for accounting. This simplified mobile claims process implemented by Bayleaf resulted in a significant 84% claims rate for users, greatly increasing doctor engagement.
