Primarch Manufacturing, a custom contract manufacturer serving the dietary supplement, functional food and pharmaceutical industries, needed to replace its retired Sage PFW ERP while maintaining strict lot tracking, quarantine and QC processes and audit readiness. BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster Enterprise to manage on‑receipt quarantine and lot numbering, embed QC testing in purchasing, and provide end‑to‑end lot tracking and audit-ready reporting. Running the new system in parallel during Go‑Live eased the transition; the result was improved inventory accuracy, streamlined purchasing‑to‑sales workflows, and faster access to documentation that simplified GMP/ISO compliance and external audits for Primarch Manufacturing.
