BatchMaster Software embedded its BatchMaster Manufacturing for GP solution within Norchem’s Microsoft Dynamics GP framework, giving users a single login, centralized database and real-time, granular manufacturing data. The solution delivered formulation control (multiple versions and cost estimation), multi–unit-of-measure inventory management (weights, volumes, units), lot traceability, QC test/inspection plans, and integrated costing—enabling more accurate inventory and cost tracking, tighter formula and packaging management, and the ability to scale production in Los Angeles and Chicago while maintaining quality standards.
