HBT Labs, a specialty pharmaceutical company developing high-barrier therapeutic injectable drugs, found its existing business software unable to scale for future demand or meet stringent regulatory mandates. Seeking a solution that would streamline operations and provide a real-time, 360° view of KPIs, HBT Labs engaged BatchMaster Software to implement BatchMaster ERP and to support a validated, compliant production environment.

BatchMaster Software delivered its end-to-end BatchMaster ERP for life sciences alongside remote implementation support while HBT Labs retained GMP Validation Center (GMPVC) to perform GAMP‑5–aligned validation. The project produced a validated ERP deployment with a reusable test script library and a dedicated test server mirroring production for pre-release testing, enabled regulatory compliance workflows (including disaster recovery and backup/restoration managed by BatchMaster Software), and positioned HBT Labs to scale operations with validated, auditable processes.
