Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a longtime supplier of seasonings (notably to Popeyes) and contract manufacturer across three plants, needed to replace its aging Sage PFW ERP to better manage formulas, costs, inventory, quality and lot traceability. Facing Sage’s retirement of PFW and cumbersome legacy data, Diversified selected BatchMaster Software’s BatchMaster Manufacturing for Dynamics GP to provide a formula-focused, food-industry ERP that met its compliance and production needs.

BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster Mfg. (BatchMaster Manufacturing for Dynamics GP) with integrated quality control tests, a Formula Approval process, lot traceability and MRP/MPS scheduling; Diversified went live in March 2015. The solution delivered a smooth transition, superior mock-recall and traceability results, reduced manual processes through MRP reporting and order scheduling, and helped Diversified grow operations without adding staff—demonstrating clear ROI and stronger trust in production data.
