BioZone Laboratories, a Pittsburg, CA-based private-label manufacturer of cosmetics, topical pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements, needed better control of formulations, ingredient inventories and costing as a make-to-order business. The solution lets BioZone identify shortages before production and auto-generate purchase orders, shorten time-to-market (new formulations in as little as three weeks), and tighten cost control—the software paid for itself in the first year—while supporting continued growth with minimal maintenance.
