Bio-Botanica Partners With Batchmaster Software to Meet the High Demand for Holistically Balanced Botanical Extracts

Bio-Botanica, a family-owned botanicals manufacturer with 45+ years of experience and over 500 extracts, faced an aging, unsupported ERP that had been patched with multiple third‑party and homegrown systems. That fragmentation created distributed data, heavy manual entry, paper‑based workflows and limited visibility across R&D, quality, manufacturing and distribution. BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster ERP (built around SAP Business One for Nutraceuticals) to centralize process manufacturing: sample/vendor inspection, document management, QC/QA, scheduling and planning, inventory/WMS, paperless manufacturing and barcode execution while enforcing GMP/SOP/GLP and supporting Kosher/NSF requirements.
