International Coatings, a family‑owned manufacturer of textile screen‑print inks and industrial plastic compounds with plants in Cerritos, CA and Dalton, GA, needed a more integrated, scalable system to support growth, tighten inventory control, protect margins amid volatile raw‑material prices, and manage thousands of formulations and SKUs. To meet those challenges they turned to BatchMaster Software, upgrading from the DOS system to the Windows BatchMaster Enterprise ERP (integrated with Solomon financials) for a more user‑friendly, feature‑rich solution.

BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster Enterprise ERP with laboratory, costing and reporting functionality to integrate production, inventory and costing data, track materials from raw to finished goods, monitor usage, and apply both standard and market costing. As a result, International Coatings cut inventory by 10% while sustaining roughly 5% annual growth, improved production efficiency and cost control, and strengthened cash flow and operating margins—while gaining the reporting and formulation history needed to plan future MPS/MRP improvements.
