EFCO Products, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of bakery fillings, mixes, beverage bases and specialty toppings, faced rising customer demand for unique bakery items and needed a single, all-in-one ERP to streamline processes across departments. After evaluating several options, EFCO selected BatchMaster Software’s BatchMaster ERP (the OEM version of SAP Business One for Bakery) to provide a cohesive solution that addresses inventory, traceability and cross-department connectivity.

BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster ERP to centralize EFCO’s operations, improving communication and connectivity across finance, production and inventory functions.
