Batchmaster Gives Synergylabs the Tools They Need to Achieve Process Improvements

Synergylabs, a U.S. manufacturer of animal health and veterinary products (headquartered in Florida with manufacturing moved to North Carolina in 2020), was constrained by a discrete-focused Sage 50/MISys ERP that could not support process flows, location-level inventory or lot tracking, leaving those tasks manual and paper-based. IT Manager Jerry Hunt set clear goals: reach 99% inventory accuracy, add mobile scanning/WMS/MES, reduce paperwork for lot traceability, automate planning/scheduling (MPS/MRP) and get more responsive support.

BatchMaster Software implemented BatchMaster ERP with SAP Business One in the cloud, deploying WMS/MES functionality, mobile scanning on tablets and scanners, and the Production Scheduling Workbench while working closely with Synergylabs on process redesign rather than a simple install. The solution has enabled real-time inventory and lot-traceability workflows, cloud-based remote access and improved support, and put Synergylabs on track to hit targets like 99% inventory accuracy and enterprise-grade uptime (expected 99.9%), while substantially reducing manual paperwork and improving planning and operational visibility.
