Printemps Group, a major fashion and beauty retailer, sought a new engagement strategy for the launch of their Place des Tendances app. Their challenge was to build a direct link with customers, free themselves from costly digital intermediaries, and increase visit frequency to boost sales. Batch provided an enterprise-ready push notification solution that was easily integrated into Printemps' existing Martech stack. The solution enabled personalized and automated communication, such as cart abandonment triggers, to engage users. This strategy helped cultivate customer proximity and trust. The app channel demonstrated strong performance, achieving conversion rates three times higher than the mobile website and significantly boosting omnichannel sales.
