How Resilience Leveraged Batch for Cross-Channel Marketing across Email, Push & In-App

Resilience Digital Oncology, a digital health company providing a remote patient monitoring platform for cancer care, faced the challenge of effectively onboarding and engaging a diverse patient base, many of whom were registered by medical staff and less familiar with digital tools. This included a highly personalized, real-time welcome email sequence for onboarding, targeted campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages to promote live events, and recurring campaigns to automate content discovery. The results were significantly higher engagement, with welcome emails achieving a 68% open rate (triple the industry average) and a 23% click rate. Furthermore, the strategy led to patients logging into the app up to three times a week and achieving an 85% self-assessment survey completion rate.
