Boels Rental is one of Europe’s largest plant equipment rental companies, with 750 branches across 17 countries. Facing a highly complex, pan‑regional finance operation, Boels needed to automate incoming invoices in many formats, introduce templates for non‑PO invoices and recurring payments, and gain visibility into approval bottlenecks to improve AP efficiency and support growth while reducing headcount.

Boels implemented Basware AP Automation and the Basware Network, using built‑in analytics and Basware Advisory Services to redesign processes, train staff, scan paper invoices, and run a supplier enablement campaign.
