LISI is a global French industrial group (€1.6B revenue, ~10,000 employees) supplying aerospace, automotive and medical manufacturers. Within months productivity doubled (from ~6,000 to ~12,000 invoices per accountant), up to 66% of invoices are fully automated by top performers, and the company is positioned for ongoing regulatory compliance and further efficiency gains.
