Forbo Flooring, a global floor-covering manufacturer with a major production hub in Assendelft (about 650 employees) and sales in more than 30 countries, struggled with a cumbersome accounts-payable process: roughly 40,000 paper invoices a year moved slowly through the organization, were often lost or duplicated, and lacked clear tracking, causing approval delays and heavy administrative overhead.

Forbo implemented Basware Invoice Processing (with scanning and a Unicode SAP upgrade) and rolled the solution out across several countries.
