ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies, was processing millions of invoices each year across many countries. To standardize operations through Shared Accounting Service Centers and reduce the heavy manual effort of a paper-based AP process, ABB needed a scalable, multi-ERP, multi-language and multi-currency invoicing solution that could be deployed worldwide.

ABB selected Basware AP Automation, configured to integrate with its SAP systems and adapted to local AP variations, and rolled it out across 18 countries.
