Scottish National Party reaches 100,000 members with Basestation

The Scottish National Party approached Basestation Ltd with the challenge of creating a unified and secure Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver educational content at scale to its over 100,000 members. They required a WordPress-based platform using LearnDash that would be easy for senior members to manage while providing an engaging and branded learning experience for all users.

Basestation designed and developed a custom WordPress LMS using LearnDash and a mobile-first approach. The solution included a secure AWS infrastructure, Single Sign-On (SSO) access, H5P for interactive content, and WooCommerce for paid courses. The resulting platform was easy-to-use, matched the SNP's branding, and successfully met their goal of educating party members across the country.
