Work Sharp, based in Ashland, Oregon, manufactures sharpening products and faced counterfeit and illegitimate sellers on Amazon that eroded revenue and customer trust. Although enrolled in the Amazon Transparency Program, Work Sharp struggled with manual retrieval and serialization of Transparency codes to link codes to SKUs, so they turned to BarTender to automate label creation and integrate directly with the Amazon Transparency Database.
