SPB Global Corporation, a multinational chemical manufacturer of home cleaning and personal care products operating in over 20 countries, faced complex European labeling requirements and sought to simplify labeling, strengthen data capabilities, and support an ERP migration to SAP. To meet these challenges, SPB Global Corporation partnered with systems integrator Multicode Mobile and selected BarTender labeling software to standardize and automate its labeling processes.

Multicode Mobile integrated BarTender with SAP through a global web portal, implemented RFID traceability, and centralized printing across Zebra and SATO devices so labels are auto-populated from master data and full print histories are captured. As a result, SPB Global Corporation achieved a 15% increase in productivity, fewer labeling errors, reduced IT workload, improved traceability and reporting, and built-in scalability for international growth thanks to BarTender.
