Evac+Chair, the global leader in emergency evacuation chairs, faced a challenge with its outdated and ineffective 1980s-style training manuals. They partnered with the creative communications agency Barques to completely reimagine these materials to reflect current legislation and be more inclusive.

Barques observed live training sessions and gathered instructor insights to completely restructure the manuals for clarity. The solution involved creating five new manuals with custom illustrations to replace dated photos, resulting in materials that are timeless and easily adaptable. Feedback from consultants and customers on the new manuals was fantastic, and the project was deemed a great success.
