Cashbuild Ltd, a retailer with operations across southern Africa, faced the challenge of managing internal audit and risk management across its many stores and divisions. They selected BarnOwl's GRC and internal audit software to support their business needs and service delivery objectives.

The implementation of BarnOwl was successfully completed and rolled out to all 262 stores and 37 divisions by December 2011. The BarnOwl software proved to be excellent in quality, easy to learn and use, and was instrumental in the successful execution of the company's objectives. Customer support from BarnOwl was also excellent, forming the cornerstone of continued service delivery. The deployment was considered a success and value for money.
