Warburton Building Services saves 1,000's of man-hours per year with BarkWeb

The customer, Warburton Building Services, faced a significant administrative challenge with its paper-based timesheet system for over 120 engineers. Each timesheet took 30-45 minutes to process, consuming 60-75 hours of payroll time weekly. Partnering with vendor BarkWeb, the project was initiated to develop a web application to solve this inefficiency.

BarkWeb designed and built a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that interfaced with the client's existing MSSQL Azure database, enabling digital timesheet entry even while offline. This solution, developed using BarkWeb's Jolojo HEX environment, automated user creation and data processing. The result for Warburton was an exponential increase in data accuracy and annual savings of thousands of man-hours previously spent on administrative overhead.
