BarkWeb was approached by Sevenoaks Town Football Club, a large Kent-based club with over 830 players across 69 teams, to address the significant administrative overhead involved in managing its operations. The club needed a solution to alleviate the burden of manual processes for registrations, payments, and member management.

BarkWeb developed a bespoke web application using its in-house Jolojo Hex environment. The solution streamlined processes including parental and player registration, Gift Aid recording, medical and emergency contact management, and automated fee generation and payments via Stripe. This application saved the club significant time and effort, particularly by automating the management of approximately 4,000 annual payments, which was previously a manual daily task.
