After School Matters unveils a 30′ × 60′ mural with Bark Design

Bark Design partnered with After School Matters (ASM), a Chicago-based organization providing teens with after-school programs, on the opening of their new Gately Park facility. The challenge was to design building signage that would recognize donors, honor the local Pullman neighborhood, and highlight the organization's citywide impact.

The solution implemented by Bark Design included a dimensional donor wall, a large two-level mural celebrating both neighborhood history and teen potential, and an updatable map showing ASM's program locations across Chicago. Through this environmental signage and wayfinding project, Bark effectively captured the energy of the organization and its teens, creating a space that pays homage to the community's past while inspiring its future.
