Zivame implemented the Barilliance ecommerce personalization suite—quick to deploy and marketer-friendly—to deliver personalized product recommendations across product, cart and email channels and to run viewed-items and three-step cart-abandonment retargeting emails. The results were substantial: a 2750% ROI from cart abandonment campaigns, product-recommendation conversions +186% versus site average, viewed-items email opens +120%, and cart-abandonment email conversion uplifts of +464% (1st), +315% (2nd) and +224% (3rd).
