Lovely Wholesale, a fast-growing eCommerce retailer, wanted to deliver more personalized shopping experiences across its large catalog and improve performance for first-time visitors, cart recovery, and average order value. To do that, Lovely Wholesale turned to Barilliance’s product recommendation engine and website personalization tools.

Barilliance implemented social-proof recommendations, personalized first-time visitor offers, dynamic cart-recovery messaging, and checkout impulse-buy widgets, all optimized with A/B testing and machine learning. The results were strong: conversion rates increased by 197%, revenue from product recommendations rose by 23%, first-time visitor conversion reached as high as 8.1%, widget testing drove an 89% lift in CTR, and one checkout recommendation flow converted at 10.95%.
