UDX projectors enhance in-the-round ballet

The UK production company SFL faced the challenge of providing the AV setup for an in-the-round ballet performance at the Royal Albert Hall. Their ambitious project required creating numerous high-quality, bright projections on large surfaces that could withstand issues like vibration and temperature changes from multiple daily shows. To meet this challenge, SFL utilized Barco UDX projectors for their image quality and superior blending capabilities.

Barco's solution included providing the UDX projectors and support with the Barco Projector Toolset. This toolset allowed SFL to achieve optimal projector alignment and color correction before every show, ensuring perfect image quality. The implementation had a significant measurable impact, saving SFL one-third of the time they had previously spent on doing line-ups for each performance.
