Tianfu International Airport takes off with Barco OpSpace in 14 control rooms

The new Tianfu International Airport, one of the highest-ranked airports on the Silk Road, required a control room solution to efficiently and securely manage its massive operations and scale for future growth. To meet this challenge, they contacted vendor Barco to supply comprehensive control room visualization equipment and operator workspace solutions.

Barco implemented its OpSpace KVM solution across 277 operator seats and provided large-scale video walls, including a 75-cube ODL-721 rear-projection wall. The solution, supported by Barco's TransForm N media platform, allows for flexible, reliable information sharing and significantly speeds up decision-making, ensuring the efficient and secure 24/7 operation of the airport's 14 control rooms.
