Statue of Belief – Nathdwara, Miraj Group makes projection mapping a reality using Barco solutions

The Miraj Group, a major Indian conglomerate, undertook the Vishwas Swaroopam project featuring the Statue of Belief, the world's fifth-tallest statue. Their challenge was to execute a complex projection mapping show on the massive, contoured bronze statue, which required handling 24 channels of 4K content, overcoming significant shadow areas, and projecting from a distance of 250 meters. They partnered with Barco for a solution involving high-brightness projectors.

Barco implemented a solution using 24 UDX-4K40 projectors, chosen for their high brightness, 4K resolution, and long-throw lenses. The projectors were mounted on two controlled towers and within the statue itself to eliminate shadows. This Barco system delivered exceptional color, contrast, and brightness uniformity. The successful installation attracts an average of 3,500+ visitors daily, powerfully conveying the client's message of belief.
