MBN broadcasting assembles longest backdrop video wall in Korea, thanks to Barco

The South Korean broadcaster MBN sought to assemble the largest video wall used for a broadcasting backdrop in the country. For this project, they again turned to longtime vendor Barco, whose OVL-708 LED video wall cubes they had been successfully using for five years.

To meet this challenge, Barco provided an additional 12 OVL-708 units, bringing the total system to 36 cubes in an 18x2 configuration powered by a Barco Encore Presentation Switcher. The result was the longest backdrop video wall in Korea, a reliable system that runs 24/7 and reinforces Barco's position in providing high-quality, low-maintenance technology.
