Altice Portugal, the largest telecommunications operator in Portugal, required a technology upgrade for its Global Operations Center in Lisbon. Its previous video wall had reached end-of-life, and the company needed a reliable display solution from an established vendor to ensure continuous network monitoring and issue resolution.

Barco implemented a solution using its 55” OverView KVD LCD panels in an 8x3 configuration, supported by Transform NSD video wall controllers and NGS-D320 Pro encoders. This provided superior color uniformity, significantly reduced energy consumption, and enabled swift video distribution across the facility. Barco's technology resulted in significantly longer uptime with much shorter maintenance interventions, ensuring the critical 24/7 operations of the center.
