Helping Civil Defence gain a clear overview of safety in Dubai

Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), an emergency response organization, required a high-tech visualization solution for its new control room to monitor real-time safety and fire information across the city. They partnered with vendor Barco and local integrator InterTech Vision to implement a top-notch LED video wall system that would provide a clear overview for their operators.

Barco's solution consisted of 288 X1.9 LED tiles, a TransForm N controller, and CMS software, creating a massive, reliable display with high image quality. The Barco system integrated live data feeds from across Dubai, enabling operators to make faster, better-informed decisions. The implementation of Barco's ClickShare further enhanced collaboration, helping DCD work more efficiently towards its mission of making Dubai the safest city.
