Women's Imaging Associates, a clinic specializing in breast imaging in Birmingham, Alabama, needed to acquire new mammography displays. Barco's solution provided an intuitive, ergonomic display that presents both color and grayscale images. This allowed clinicians to view all related exams, including breast MRI, ultrasound, and tomosynthesis, on a single screen without switching monitors, which significantly boosted workflow efficiency. As a result, the clinic could read studies faster and with greater diagnostic accuracy and outsource its mammography reading with a higher level of confidence for its customers.
