Barco's ODL RGB laser technology keeps Korea’s traffic running smoothly

The National Transport Information Center, a Korean government authority managing the country's intelligent transport system (ITS), faced the challenge of monitoring increasingly busy roads and responding to unexpected situations. To enhance system efficiency and safety, they required a superior-quality video wall solution for their main control room. This led them to partner with Barco and select its RGB laser ODL-721 video wall.

Barco implemented a 6x2 ODL-721 laser video wall, which provided a display twice as bright as mainstream alternatives, enabling the center to view all critical information clearly. The solution also included a ClickShare CSC-1 unit in an adjacent meeting room for wireless collaboration. As a result, the National Transport Information Center achieved more efficient operations and optimized information processing. Barco's technology also reduced power consumption, supporting the center's sustainability goals while helping to maintain Korea's status as a global leader in traffic management.
