The Eurasia Tunnel, a major public works project in Istanbul, faced the challenge of ensuring safety and smooth operations for its new 5km tunnel under the Bosphorus strait. To oversee the complex tunnel management functions, they required a robust and reliable visualization system and turned to vendor Barco for a solution.
Barco implemented a solution consisting of 29 video wall displays for the primary and secondary control rooms and installed nine ClickShare units in meeting and conference spaces. This technology provided the high quality and ease of use needed to boost safety and the ability to respond to dynamic situations. An IT coordinator stated that Barco's ClickShare is an essential component of their daily operations, saving them time and money while making it easy to manage the many daily meetings in the crisis management center.
