Barco UDX 32K adds to the fun at the Elrow Town festival

The Elrow Town Festival, a large outdoor rave event, required a projection mapping solution for a massive, complex 3D backdrop. Their challenge was to project bright, sharp, and colorful animated images onto a 12-meter tall, 30-meter wide surface filled with geometric shapes from a distance of 70 meters. They partnered with vendor Barco to utilize their UDX-32K projectors to meet these demanding visual requirements.

Barco provided the high-lumen output and pinpoint accuracy needed to perfectly map visuals onto the intricate stage design. The solution, implemented by production company CPL using two pairs of Barco UDX-32K projectors, resulted in a stunning visual spectacle that significantly enhanced the audience experience. The vibrant projections successfully ramped up the crowd's energy to a peak frenzy before the headlining acts, creating a perfect conclusion to the festival day.
