AIA embraces BYOM as New Way to Collaborate with ClickShare Conference

AIA, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group, sought to enhance collaboration and conference experiences across its offices. Their challenge was finding an integrated, seamless solution that met strict criteria for security, reliability, and ease of use, all while complying with policies that restricted external USB devices. They turned to vendor Barco for a solution using the ClickShare Conference system.

Barco implemented its ClickShare Conference CX-30 solution, a wireless conferencing system that is agnostic to device and platform. The built-in security, including Barco's ISO 27001 certification, allowed it to be authorized for use despite AIA's strict policies. The solution was installed without complication, eliminating cable clutter and enabling simple, one-click wireless meetings. This deployment successfully upgraded the quality of discussions and facilitated hybrid meetings for AIA's workforce.
