South Florida Vascular Associates (SFVA) is a clinical practice providing minimally invasive endovascular care across three suites. Facing more than 2,500 consumable medical supplies, SFVA struggled with an outdated inventory system that couldn’t handle multiple barcode formats, expiration and lot tracking, configurable reporting, or accurate procedure-level cost visibility — creating time-consuming manual entry, inventory errors, and reordering issues.

SFVA implemented ASAP Systems’ Passport (stock module) with wireless Motorola scanners, a Zebra printer, and the Excel import and support package.
