Serenity House, a 30-year provider of substance-abuse treatment including a unique 90-day extended residential program, needed an inventory solution tailored to nontraditional tracking of clients’ personal effects and medications. Key requirements included onsite data hosting, a mobile app, photo attachment capability and price-point tracking—needs their existing systems could not meet.

ASAP Systems’ flexible Inventory System was implemented to meet those needs, providing local data storage, mobile access and the ability to attach photos. Serenity House has entered over 10,000 inventory lines and about 1,000 photos; low‑level alerts now ensure medication quantities are maintained, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.
