Lovin’ Spoonfuls is a Boston-based nonprofit food rescue that has recovered and distributed over 1,250,000 pounds of healthy, perishable food since 2010. Facing hundreds of daily pickups across a fleet of refrigerated trucks and a paper-based process, the organization lacked real-time visibility into case and weight counts, supplier data, and truck inventory—making accurate reporting, traceability for recalls, and efficient distribution difficult.
