ASAP Systems and its Inventory System are helping GROW Healthy Communities

Grow Central Florida is a small nonprofit that promotes healthy living for Central Florida schoolchildren by supporting running programs, playgrounds, and providing sporting equipment — including donated shoes. After an unexpectedly large shoe donation stored offsite, the organization struggled to track inventory, maintain visibility, and produce accurate reports with a largely volunteer, non‑technical workforce.

ASAP Systems implemented a cloud, barcode‑based inventory solution that volunteers can use easily to receive, issue and audit shoe donations and export reports to Excel. The system improved efficiency and productivity, enabled accurate donor and recipient tracking, and helped GROW reliably distribute shoes to students in need.
