Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is a management and technical services contractor supporting U.S. military clients that needed a reliable way to track government-furnished equipment across ten Army installations. Their challenge was real-time visibility of who had which asset, where it was located, how long it was checked out, and ensuring scheduled maintenance and accurate, configurable data capture using barcode scanning.

SRI implemented ASAP Systems’ BarCloud with mobile scanners, barcode printers, online training and support, and data-field mapping to integrate existing Army data. The cloud solution enabled rapid check-in/check-out, automated maintenance scheduling, and on-demand reporting, eliminating time-consuming searches and duplicate purchases while providing real-time asset ownership, usage duration, and maintenance history.
