CD PROJEKT RED, the Warsaw-based game developer behind “The Witcher,” needed a better way to manage frequent software updates, operating system migrations, and a highly heterogeneous endpoint environment across offices in Europe and Asia. To support its developers with a stable working environment, the company turned to baramundi software and the baramundi Management Suite (bMS) with Automation Studio.

With baramundi software, CD PROJEKT RED automated unattended software deployments, Windows migrations, inventory, vulnerability checks, and remote support for hundreds of clients. The implementation took just four days, reduced a manual ERP server update from about three hours to less than 20 minutes, improved license and software visibility, and enabled the IT team to roll out major applications like Visual Studio over a weekend with minimal disruption.
