The challenge was to reach a broader set of prospects across different company sizes and industries while keeping the outreach relevant and effective.
bant.io built three email sequences and ran seven A/B tests to improve messaging relevance, supported by outreach across email, LinkedIn, a chatbot, and retargeting. The campaign reached 3,044 prospects and delivered a 9% open rate, 16% response rate, 16% conversion to opportunities, and 42 hot leads, along with five conversions, 38,486 impressions, and 73 clicks.
