Fundación Monge, a private NGO in Costa Rica, faced the challenge of youth being unable to prove their educational achievements to employers due to widespread fraudulent certifications. This hindered employment opportunities for graduates of their "Soy Cambio" program. They partnered with the vendor BanQu to implement a blockchain-based solution to create verifiable digital credentials.

BanQu provided a secure, traceable platform to certify proof of education, training, internships, and skills. This created a trusted digital transcript for students, directly connecting them to employers. The solution has enabled over 700 youth to build their certified history, with a goal of 1,000, and has attracted 20 companies to join the trust network to verify potential employees.
