Capital Bank, a $10B asset bank with 192 branches across the Southeast, wanted to improve cross-sell performance and deepen client relationships for its branch and small business bankers. BankSight delivered a single view of the customer in under three months, combining data from Capital Bank’s data warehouse and core banking systems to show account profiles, household relationships, and product holdings. Using machine learning and event triggers, BankSight generated sales recommendations and closed-loop reporting with audit trails, helping Capital Bank quickly identify new sales opportunities across deposit and lending products and giving bankers a faster, more effective way to act on customer insights.
