Sagicor Bank, a full service bank in Jamaica, faced a major data and systems challenge after acquiring another banking business. The two institutions were running different core banking systems, T24 and Flexcube, and needed a way to merge data and support regulatory reporting across the newly combined organization. BankBI was selected for its low relative cost and rapid deployment.

BankBI implemented a reporting solution that supported all regulatory reporting for the bank, including submissions to the Bank of Jamaica and the Jamaica Deposit Insurance Corporation. The platform now produces over 150 regulatory reports for banking and securities businesses, as well as management reports and board packs, and was live across three companies within three months.
